Appointment Cancellation/Policy
We value your business and ask that you kindly respect our policy. We understand that occasionally, unexpected circumstances can occur and a previously scheduled appointment needs to be cancelled or adjusted.
Any no-show, cancellation or rescheduled appointment made with less than 24 hours notice (via text or phone call) will result in a cancellation fee of $50.
The first 2 fees are on us, after that you will be required to pay a $50 booking Fee upfront, for future appointments. This will be deducted from your service when you come in, as long as you adhere to the policy. All Sales Are Final.
A reminder call or Text will be sent out the day before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment ASAP.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you, and or you will get the remaining time left of your appointment. If we are not able to do your service because of tardiness, you will be charged $50 fee for the reserved appointment. This will need to be paid before booking future appointments.
